We recently experienced disruption to our MyCloud Computing Enterprise Services partially due to one of cluster node issue. The Disruption was experienced between 03:25 and 03:35 AM and affected MyCloud Computing services causing few hosted VMs to reboot.
We have identified and fixed the issue with cluster node and all the VMs are working fine. We have kept the situation under observation.
