We would like to update you that the issue with MyCloud Computing Internet Gateway is fixed. We are not anticipating any further disconnection and all the services are running normally. This would be final update.

Issue is identified and isolated by L3 Team, Service are back to normal now. L3 team is working for permanent fix.

We are recently experiencing disruption to our MyCloud PBX Services in core infrastructure.Our L3 team is working on this top priority right now. We will keep you posted with further update.
