Maintenance Work on Broadband Infrastructure - 04:00 AM - 05:00 AM on 06-12-2016

The maintenance was carried out successfully and all the sessions are up and running.

To facilitate new enhancements to our LLU FTTC services, we will be carrying out maintenance on the broadband infrastructure at the following time:

Tuesday 06-12-2016 04:00 AM to 5:00 AM

The maintenance involves rerouting of traffic and may result in between 1 and 3 disconnection of the broadband services which are on TTB network. These disconnections will cause users' routers to re-establish their PPP sessions immediately to other equipment. We do not anticipate any such disconnection lasting more than 5 minutes. These maintenance will not affect any broadband connections provided through BT's Network.

Disruption to Broadband Services 14-11-2016 at 00:07Hrs

We faced Broadband Services Disruption due to unexpected Broadband Aggregation Router reboot at 00:07Hrs , 14 November 2016. We are observing that the broadband sessions are now re-routed to another aggregation router.
 
Customers are advised to reboot the CPE if there broadband sessions are still down.

This may result in between 1 and 3 disconnections of the Bonded FTTC Service only. These disconnection will cause for users' Bonded FTTC Services for 10-15 minutes.
