Maintenance Work on Broadband Routers - 03:00 AM - 05:00 AM on 30-07-2016

We will be performing some maintenance on our broadband routers at the following time:

Saturday 30-07-2016 03:00 AM to 05:00 AM

This may result in between 1 and 3 disconnections of the broadband services.  These disconnections will cause users' routers to re-establish their PPP sessions immediately to other equipment. We do not anticipate any such disconnection lasting more than 5 minutes.

Outage to Broadband Services 21-07-2016

Our Fiber links are restored with BT and our broadband services are now operating with full resiliency again.

BT have advised that the connectivity outage was caused by a major power outage at the datacentre that is affecting multiple systems and multiple providers. The datacentre support team is working to resolve this matter as a critical priority.

We faced an outage due to fiber link failure between our wholesale provider and us. We are observing that the broadband sessions are now re-routed to another aggregation router.
 
Customers are advised to reboot the CPE if there broadband sessions are still down
 
Our L3 Team is investigating this issue, apologies for the inconvenience caused.
