We faced Broadband Services Disruption due to unexpected Broadband Aggregation Router reboot at 00:07Hrs , 14 November 2016. We are observing that the broadband sessions are now re-routed to another aggregation router.
Customers are advised to reboot the CPE if there broadband sessions are still down.
