SIP Trunks
Any business with a PBX can switch to Cerberus SIP trunks and immediately benefit from a more flexible, less expensive and more resilient phone service.
SIP trunk services are cheaper per channel than ISDN and PSTN services and call charges over SIP are significantly lower than using fixed lines. Our standard SIP trunk service include call bundles on UK geographical calls, extending to include UK mobile calls (subject to fair usage) on a 36 month contract.
Numbering
Our extensive range of call routing, monitoring and management tools puts you in complete control of your customer services and contact centre operations. Haing the ability to assign geographic (01/02), non-geographic (08/03) numbers as well as international numbering to our communications services gives flexibility and ensures business continuity across multiple sites. Calls to specific numbers can be diverted and call queues altered on-demand, guaranteeing your customers can always reach you.
