NETSTATS MONITORING

Cerberus NetSTATS delivers simple and effective monitoring and alerting of these services to give accurate reporting on bandwidth utilisation and also to immediately alert you if the service becomes unavailable for any reason. By gathering data from your router or firewall equipment on a regular basis every hour of every day, NetSTATS monitors service availability and builds up a profile of utilisation on your broadband service, both for upstream and downstream traffic.

If the router or firewall being monitored becomes unavailable the NetSTATS service will automatically send an alert to you via email to notify you of the outage and a notification when contact is resumed. This allows you to respond quickly to any equipment or service failures.

ZERO-TOUCH ROUTER PROVISIONING WITH TR-069

TR-069 allows you to send a router into the field with a factory default configuration and take care of all standard provisioning configuration (PPP login, IP address, wireless network, etc) remotely from the NetCONNECT service management portal.

This is elegantly integrated into our broadband ordering and provisioning systems to maximise efficiency and minimise opportunities for error that are key for driving down costs associated with CPE.

MyCloud DNS Protect can easily be deployed at the network layer by configuring your equipment to use our servers, either manually or using DHCP. This can be enforced by simple firewall rules to ensure that users do not have access to other public DNS resolvers.

Integrated provisioning with TR-069

For customers using Cerberus connectivity and TR-069 services for router configuration, when you add MyCloud DNS Protect on a connection, your router will automatically be configured to use the correct DNS servers to enable the service.

Just check the box when ordering a new connection, or add the service to an existing connection, and the rest is done for you.
