The network terminating equipment is weather-sealed and temperature-hardened, allowing high-performance connectivity even in areas without a conventional indoor comms space.

Cerberus Networks is one of the few ISPs to fully support Ruggedised EAD, giving clients more flexibility when delivering fibre to outdoor infrastructure and remote assets. It’s ideal for use in smart city deployments, CCTV and security systems, traffic management, digital signage, IoT networks, and mobile or wireless backhaul — anywhere you need carrier-grade Ethernet but don’t have a traditional building to install it in.

Planting trees for each new Internet connection

Cerberus Networks has planted more than 14,500 trees and funded 22 projects in partnership with Ecologi.

With tree planting, we aim to help solve long term issues of sustainability and carbon reduction. Restoring lost trees to forests and woodlands creates local employment doing work that helps, not harms, the environment. It creates the conditions for other natural systems and wildlife to recover, and over the long term, it acts as a potentially significant carbon sink - needed to stabilise the climate even when we get to net zero emissions.
