This incident has now been resolved and services have been restored. NetCONNECT has been updated and secured and is now back online.

We have evaluated the necessary work to secure NetCONNECT and anticipate completion by 09:00 tomorrow morning, at the start of business.

In response to the two critical vulnerabilities identified in PHP,

Critical security issue affecting PHP | National Cyber Security Centre

we have suspended access to the NetCONNECT portal to perform necessary updates and maintenance.
We are currently assessing the required scope of work to secure the server and will update this notice as soon as further information becomes available.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused while we resolve this issue.
