Disruption to MyCloud Computing Skye For Business Infrastructure - 06:44 AM - on 09/01/2019

We have applied the fix on all the servers in cluster and the services are continue to working fine.We saved this conversation. You'll see it soon in the Conversations tab in Skype for Business and in the Conversation History folder in Outlook.

We have identified and isolated the issue by applying the workaround. The services are live now. We will apply the permanent fix on all the servers one by one and it will not affect the production now.

We will be performing routine maintenance work on our MyCloud Computing Internet gateways Infrastructure at the following time:

Tuesday 01-01-2019 05:00 AM to 7:30 AM

This may result in between 1 or 2 disconnections of hosted VMs and VPN utilising MyCloud Computing gateway services while it fail over to another cluster node. We do not anticipate any such disconnection lasting more than 30 seconds.

This may result in between 1 and 3 disconnections of the broadband services. These disconnection's will cause users' routers to re-establish their PPP sessions immediately to other equipment. We do not anticipate any such disconnection lasting more than 5 minutes.

Disruption to MyCloud Computing Enterprise Infrastructure 01-12-2018 at 03:30

We recently experienced disruption to our MyCloud Computing Enterprise Services partially due to one of cluster node issue. The Disruption was experienced between 03:25 and 03:35 AM and affected MyCloud Computing services causing few hosted VMs to reboot.
 
We have identified and fixed the issue with cluster node and all the VMs are working fine. We have kept the situation under observation.
