We will be performing an emergency link upgrade on our core network infrastructure in order to provide enhanced performance. The date and time is as follows:

Wednesday 27-03-2019 01:30 AM to 02:30 AM

This may result in multiple intermittent disconnections of 5-10 minutes during the maintenance window affecting the services listed below:

Impacted services:

  • Ethernet Leasedline services
  • Broadband Services (ADSL/ADSL2+/FTTC/FTTP/FTTPoD)
  • MyCloud CONNECT
  • Hosted Security
  • IP VPN
  • Hosted Firewall Services

We will be carrying out a system upgrade on our main CRM and Support Management platform. Due to system constraints, NetCONNECT will be down during the upgrade. We will also not be able to process inbound email into our support system.The date and time is as follows::

Maintenance Work on MyCloud Computing Internet Gateways - 04:00 AM - 06:00 AM on 26/02/2019

The maintenance was carried out successfully and all the VMs & VPN sessions are running fine.

We will be performing routine maintenance work on our MyCloud Computing Internet gateways Infrastructure at the following time:

Tuesday 26-02-2019 04:00 AM to 06:00 AM

This may result in between 2 or 3 disconnections of hosted VMs, MyCloud PBXs and VPN utilising MyCloud Computing gateway services while it fail over to another cluster node. We do not anticipate any such disconnection lasting more than 30-40 seconds.

This may result in between 1 and 3 disconnections of the broadband services. These disconnection's will cause users' routers to re-establish their PPP sessions immediately to other equipment. We do not anticipate any such disconnection lasting more than 5 minutes.
