Disruption to MyCloud PBX and MyCloud Computing Business Services 17-07-2019 17:35

We recently experienced disruption to our MyCloud Computing Services partially due to one of gateway nodes issue. The Disruption was experienced between 17:35 and 18:00 and affected MyCloud Computing services causing few VMs intermittent network connectivity.
 
We have identified and fixed the issue with cluster node and all the VMs are working fine. We have kept the situation under observation.

Maintenance Work on Network Infrastructure

We will be performing a network upgrade on our core network infrastructure in order to provide enhanced performance. The date and time is as follows:

Saturday 22-06-2019 03:00 AM to 07:00 AM

This may result in intermittent disconnections during a period of 2-3 hours affecting the services listed below:

  • Ethernet Leasedline services
  • Broadband Services (ADSL/ADSL2+/FTTC/FTTP/FTTPoD)
  • MyCloud CONNECT
  • Hosted Security
  • IP VPN
  • Hosted Firewall Services
  • MyCloud Computing
  • SMTP3
  • NetSTATS
  • Cerberus Website
  • RDNS
  • MyCloud PBX
  • MyCloud hosted Services

Maintenance Work on MyCloud SFB Infrastructure - 06:00 AM - 09:00 AM on 14/06/2019

Update 14-06-2019 8:02 AM

The maintenance was carried out successfully and there were no disruptions to MyCloud SFB services.

We will be migrating the MyCloud SFB services from existing SIP trunks to enhanced SIP trunks at the following time:

Friday 14-06-2019 06:00 AM to 09:00 AM

As the existing SIP trunks will remain functional for 7 days after migration, we are not anticipating any disruption to MyCloud SFB services.

We will be performing network maintenance on our core network infrastructure for performance enhancement at the following time which may unfortunately impact our Broadband services.

Saturday 27-04-2019 04:00 AM to 07:00 AM

This may result in between 1 and 3 disconnections of the broadband services. These disconnections will cause users' routers to re-establish their PPP sessions immediately to other equipment. We do not anticipate any such disconnection lasting more than 5 minutes.

Disruption to MyCloud PBX and MyCloud Computing Business Services 05/04/2019 11:11 AM

We have identified the issue with one of the link and isolated it by routing the traffic from secondary link. All the MyCloud PBX and Business services / servers are up and running fine now.
